We discovered this place through the Michelin Guide for a birthday celebration. We weren't disappointed. The cuisine is excellent, with a real focus on flavor and subtlety, from appetizer to dessert. A true gastronomic gem near La Rochelle! The welcome is also friendly and attentive. The tables are spaced far apart, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. We highly recommend it!
