Restaurant Logan LAUG sur Saint-Die-Des-Vosges

A first visit to this restaurant and frankly a pleasant surprise, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. We will soon be repeating the experience.

This was my second time at this restaurant with my partner, and just like the first time, we weren't disappointed at all. The food is excellent, the flavor combinations are exquisitely crafted. The owner is passionate about his work, and it shows. We were the only three people at our table on a weeknight, which was fine for us, but a shame for this restaurant, which deserves to be full every day. So don't wait any longer and go for it; you won't be disappointed.

The restaurant has indeed changed owners, but the quality remains excellent and the welcome is very warm. We discovered a surprising and innovative cuisine; it was delicious! The only thing missing is a more elegant presentation of the appetizers and main courses. All the best to you!

Even though it's relatively well executed, it's still overpriced, hence the 3 stars. It's not worth the price. I came here out of curiosity, because of the honey theme, as I wasn't a fan of the previous owner. I'm waiting for a response because, apparently, from what I've read, the owner doesn't like criticism! By the way, you're using the previous owner's reviews... that's not very fair.

Generous and delicate cuisine featuring local and seasonal produce, accompanied by excellent advice and wine selections – a truly wonderful place that we highly recommend! Go without hesitation!

We knew the previous establishment and wanted to see the difference. And we weren't disappointed; the food was excellent. We had the set menu with wine pairing, and it was a real treat. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

We came for a business lunch on a Friday and received a very warm welcome. The restaurant is spacious and quiet. The starters and main course were well-prepared, however, we were disappointed by the dessert, which wasn't really seasonal and didn't match the rest of the menu. It's still a good place for lunch; allow about 1 hour and 30 minutes for the entire meal.

A lovely restaurant with great service, atmosphere and food. Every course was delicious and well balanced with the correct amount of acidity, salinity and texture. The bottle of wine we selected from the wine list was a highlight too. We'd definitely return. A free parking lot is just over the road.
