Restaurant Marrakech sur Calais

Visit this restaurant couple of weeks ago from UK food was tasty.

The food has a very mild flavour and the couscous has nome at all, even the vegetables themselves didn't pack any flavour. The dishes were very oily and watery at the same time meaning that they washed out what little flavour there was. For a cuisine that is normally packed with flavour, this came as a disappointing shock.

Excellent meal, impeccable service, just one minor complaint: the music was a bit too loud.

The atmosphere was pleasant enough, but that's about the only positive point. The menu was unsurprising, dominated by traditional couscous and tagines. Unfortunately, the semolina didn't impress me, the vegetables were mediocre and served in far too small a portion, and the three small meatballs were completely tasteless. To top it all off, the service was sorely lacking in warmth. A disappointing experience; I wouldn't recommend it.

Delicious couscous, service perhaps a little too fast, dishes served shortly after the aperitif. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Excellent royal couscous. Fast and very friendly service. I recommend it.

Delivered to my door as usual, very good and piping hot. The delivery driver was very pleasant. Thank you.

Very friendly service, very satisfied

Excellent! A great place! We had a wonderful time; the food was generous, the staff very friendly, and the prices reasonable! We will definitely be back with great pleasure.

Warm welcome. Friendly atmosphere. The couscous is excellent.
