Restaurant McDonald's de Strasbourg Arcades sur Oberhausbergen

Clean restaurant very friendly staff very fast

We came for afternoon tea with our daughter. The milkshakes weren't available after we asked at the register, but the manager went to test the machine and got them working again. Thank you so much! He also gave us some free products, including a book for our daughter. Thank you so much, it was a great experience!

We went to the McDonald's at Les Halles in Strasbourg yesterday for our last McDonald's before heading home, and honestly, we had a great time! The restaurant was obviously very busy, especially during peak hours, so the wait can be a little long. That's really the only slight downside, along with the fact that the restrooms weren't accessible when we were there. But most importantly, we were absolutely charmed by the gentleman who was serving us! 🥹❤️ He was so sweet and gave each of us a Spider-Man figurine without us even asking. 🕷️🕸️ We happened to be wearing Spider-Man t-shirts, so maybe he noticed them and wanted to do us a favor, we don't know! In any case, it was a really lovely gesture, especially since it was our last day in Strasbourg as tourists. It really made our day, and it was such a small gesture that made all the difference. Big love to him ❤️ As for McDonald's itself, the food was good, the service was a little slow but understandable given how busy it was, and overall everything went very well. Thank you for this little gesture that made our last day in Strasbourg even more enjoyable! 🥰

The restaurant already almost never complies with its obligations regarding washable dishes, and now we've noticed that everything goes into the same bin. Yes, pay close attention: they tell you to separate food scraps from recyclables, but they've decided to mix everything together. So much for greenwashing! This has been reported to management, who apparently can't do anything because it's a decision made by head office! Hopefully, a general complaint will get things moving.

Great!! I was about to miss my bus, but the staff helped me quickly. I made it just in time!

July 29th: We placed our first order around 9 pm, which arrived in under 10 minutes. Then, when we placed a second order, the young man immediately went to prepare it, apologizing profusely, even though we had barely waited. He was incredibly kind and always smiling! He apologized for the "delay," even though he did his job very quickly from start to finish! Well done to him! :)

The cherry Coke smelled chemical, no bubbles, and was lukewarm without ice... the sauces were missing from the takeaway menu. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was fine with lots of overflowing iceberg lettuce 😁 I'll definitely be back since I live nearby, but please improve your drinks!

Hello, I wanted to thank the team at McDonald's Les Halles and especially express my deep friendship. I've been going to the restaurant for at least 10 years, and unfortunately, I've seen a lot of things deteriorate... given the uncleanliness of the people and their lack of manners. In any case, I congratulate the successive teams who have a lot of courage; nothing is easy, people aren't always nice, so for once, thank you for serving us, bringing us back to our tables, and cleaning up our leftovers. Have a good day! 😊

Jessica, your employee, is fantastic and takes great care of the customers. I highly recommend her.

The staff are very friendly and professional.
