11/09/2024: We have been coming to Colmar for a few years and this restaurant was closed last year for renovation. So our expectations were high now that it was open again. It looks reasonable. Service is very efficient but not personal. The food is good but just that. Sauces are from a jar, or at least they taste that way, and some simple lettuce has been placed on the plate. Meat is good. Prices are reasonable. The toilet is okay, but the French trick: one is empty, the other hangs crooked, the third does not work... It is saying a lot that after a long closure period and renovation, two letters are missing from the name on the outside facade... It just depends on what you find important...
