We tried Le Miel et Safran and honestly… it’s by far the best couscous we’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The decor is magnificent, the atmosphere is warm, the service impeccable, and the entire team is lovely and passionate. You immediately feel like you’re in a real restaurant where every detail matters. We each ordered couscous with a lamb shank, and it was a monumental revelation. The meat was incredibly tender, intensely flavorful, perfectly cooked… but the semolina… probably the best semolina we’ve ever tasted. Fine, light, fragrant, and perfectly prepared. Even the vegetables and broth were exceptional. The Moroccan wine was also a fantastic discovery, absolutely delicious. The side dishes, the appetizers, the desserts, the after-dinner drinks: everything was expertly executed from beginning to end. Not a single misstep. Every dish had flavor, heart, and a real sense of generosity. Honestly, if you love Moroccan food, go for it without hesitation. It's an exceptional place and clearly the best couscous around, maybe even more than that. An incredible experience we won't forget. We'll be back very soon.

I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant, it was incredible! The welcome, the food, everything was 10/10. Thanks again to Adil, who is an amazing person and thanks to whom I had a wonderful evening.
