I went to Pamukkale restaurant to try it out, nothing to say, the welcome was very good and the gentleman received us well and the food was very good, when you enter it smells good and I want to thank the staff for the welcome.

26/02/2026: Passing through Bar-sur-Aube, I stopped at this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! The setting is truly wonderful, a blend of the old stone walls of the cellar with simple, modern furnishings. The €29 Tradition menu (starter, main course, dessert) was very appealing. Fresh ingredients, attractive presentation, and perfectly balanced flavors. The only slight drawback was the "gourmet coffee," which was a bit average. Thank you for the warm welcome.

05/03/2026: It's a shame there wasn't at least one smile, otherwise it was very delicious, but it was market day so it wasn't accessible.
