Restaurant at the entrance to Salses, next to the campsite, run by a friendly couple. Classic dishes with local specialties. A varied menu with a set menu and a good selection, pizzas, and a few other à la carte options. Be careful with the set menu and the extras, as they can quickly add up. A wine and aperitif list with a good selection at reasonable prices. Recommended dishes: foie gras, mussels au gratin with aioli, Banyuls sauce. Unfortunately, the vanilla ice cream in the profiteroles is tasteless and ruins the dessert. A small point: in one year, prices have increased while portion sizes have decreased, which is also a shame. The dining room is noisy when busy, but the terrace is pleasant. Service is quick, but they struggle to clear the tables. There's a children's activity area and a children's menu. Five stars for the cleanliness of the restrooms.

We came to eat on January 1st, a table of 11. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. The welcome was very friendly, and we highly recommend this restaurant.
