A truly wonderful place in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire that we wholeheartedly recommend! 😊 Martine and Benoît are absolutely lovely, and you always feel very welcome at L’Escapade. The food is a real treat: the daily specials are always varied, with a choice of fish or meat, and above all, the cuisine is generous, flavorful, and made with passion. And the desserts… they are simply divine! 😍 A special mention also goes to Lulu, always bubbly and full of good cheer, and Louise, more discreet but just as lovely: two fantastic waitresses, always smiling and genuinely friendly. A charming team, excellent food, and a warm atmosphere… we always come back with great pleasure! 😉 ❤️

We were a party of four adults and six children, and we were welcomed and served with exceptional kindness, including by the chef who took the time to come and see us at our table. His food is excellent, and we will gladly return.

We had dinner as a party of ten, including five rather boisterous children. The welcome was very friendly, and the waitress was lovely and very efficient. The pizzas were delicious, as were the mussels. The price was reasonable for a large family. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We were very disappointed compared to the 5-star rating given. The fries weren't homemade and the fish served was nothing special. Only the smoked salmon was good, which justifies the 4-star rating.

As vacationers, we love coming to eat at Benoit and Martine's restaurant. We come from Lorraine, and it's the restaurant we can't do without. August already feels like our vacation.

It's wonderful to still find such nice restaurants, with a friendly atmosphere, incredible service despite the heat, a smile in every situation, and every little attention to detail to please the customer. The shaded terrace at the back is lovely. I highly recommend it. The starter, main course, and dessert are also reasonably priced.

A great restaurant! Very good service, welcoming and attentive waitresses, the chef came to check that everything was going well, very friendly and offered good advice for an outing and another good restaurant.
