We booked the restaurant privately on Sunday, July 5, 2026, to celebrate my former mother-in-law's 90th birthday.
I have absolutely nothing negative to say; quite the opposite, in fact. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The service was impeccable. Thank you to the very professional and helpful young woman, and also to the very kind and welcoming owner. We received a very warm welcome and the meal was excellent, exactly as my grandmother and her daughters had wished.
Thank you again! I highly recommend this establishment.

The food was very average. The service was adequate but a bit inconsistent. The interior is rather poorly laid out, and the atmosphere suffers as a result.

We dined in the enclosed, air-conditioned outdoor area. It was very pleasant. The service was efficient, well-paced, and always with a smile and respect for the customer. 👍 We loved the foie gras with the pineapple and ginger chetney. The five beautiful prawns were excellent. The beef was generous and tender. To finish, we enjoyed a light homemade red fruit tiramisu and a superb chocolate fondant. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the meal, and the service. The tables are well-spaced, and the round tables both inside and outside allow for dining with family or friends and easy conversation. It's fantastic. We'll be back.

We've been coming to this restaurant for several years now and we've never been disappointed.
The food is excellent, the service is very good, and the atmosphere is great. There's nothing to complain about except that you can go there without hesitation.

Being celiac, I contacted the restaurant before coming, and the chef did everything he could. For once, I had a good selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts! 👍 And it was delicious. I'll gladly come back.

Fantastic restaurant!
Once you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a bright veranda and plenty of plants creating a peaceful and serene ambiance.
Everything we tasted was expertly prepared, homemade with high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented! Kudos to the chef who delighted both our taste buds and our eyes!
In conclusion, a restaurant worthy of a fine dining establishment at affordable prices. We'll be back!

Can the Perreux institution, facing competition from "La Perle" and "Magnolia," hold its own? An unconventional chef who knows how to reinvent himself is exactly what "Le Pourquoi Pas" needed. The menu is regularly updated, always consistently excellent, always perfectly executed, always so moving. After ten visits, one might expect to tire of it, but no, it's a marvel every time. Only the wine list falls short of the culinary standard, offering ordinary wines at inflated prices, but nothing can be perfect all the time. The bottle doesn't matter as long as the experience is intoxicating, and here, that intoxicating experience is the chef's perfect dishes. Thank you for this moment.
