In my opinion, the best Michelin-starred restaurant in Reims, far more original than most of the city's fine dining establishments. A warm welcome and service, professional yet discreet, all within a hushed dining room that allows each guest an intimate experience. The dishes are of exceptional quality, always with a touch of daring. Here, you'll find flavors of yesteryear while embracing a modern culinary approach. The cooking is perfect, with pearly white fish and shellfish. A truly wonderful discovery that I recommend to everyone. A special touch is the chef's sketches, which whet your appetite even before you smell the delicate aromas of the dishes.

An incredible culinary journey! We rarely experience this type of restaurant in a lifetime. The chef personally served us a soup and a sauce during the meal, and as a bonus, he agreed to a photo at the end. Everything was refined, and the flavors exceptional. Every detail was meticulously planned. Yet, the chef, his wife, the sommelier, and the waitresses remained approachable and even joked around.
