The welcome and attention from Siam to make our stay pleasant, Bruno's cooking: tomato tartare, eggplant and tuna lasagna, lemon verrine, soft chocolate etc. Everything is perfect at reasonable prices.

Le Château at Le Poët Célard is not just a hotel but a fantastic restaurant open to all. We dined on the château terrace from where the view is simply stunning. Our hosts brilliant, friendly and attentive, the chef of the highest quality, and the food absolutely amazing. Possibly the best cuisine we have experienced in France over many years and many restaurants. Brilliantly presented, the flavours matched the appearance and accompanied by a excellent local organic rosé. Great value too. Our congratulations and thanks to Le Château team for making our lunch visit such a great experience. We will definitely be back and absolutely recommend this restaurant to everyone!
