I ordered an American today from you and I was outraged by the lack of hygiene the waitress served me my fries without gloves while the young man she was training coughed on my food I find this unacceptable. Furthermore, I am a regular at your place and your waitress is very familiar with the men. Lack of professionalism!

Best of all, the snack bar normally closes at 1 a.m. Leaving the match we called 5 minutes before we arrived order ready service by the little young lady well done 👍 we will come back if we go through Toulon

31/01/2026: Exceptional service with a wonderful welcome. The servers are quick, efficient, and very pleasant to customers. Nilo really goes the extra mile for the most demanding service. I had a great evening with my friends; I highly recommend it.
09/12/2025: I've been coming to the Neptunia for years, the boss Christine is super welcoming as well as the Chilean waiter, charming and very kind, on the other hand the waitress (costeau) in the afternoon, she is heavy and impolite, she never looks at the customers or says hello, she comes straight to eat in front of everyone ignoring all the customers, it's really limited for someone who works with the public and it scares customers away, many people no longer want to go to the bar because of this woman.

09/01/2026: The best pizzas in Toulon! Cooked in a wood-fired oven. Your pizza is made and cooked in under 5 minutes!! Professionals! Only downside: customers for 10 years, no loyalty program... but then again, we're not going anywhere else!!
09/10/2025: I ordered a royal minced beef supplement, but I was very disappointed because it's actually a Bolognese sauce that I absolutely didn't like. There was way too much onion in this sauce. However, the pasta is good. The delivery was on time.
