Beautiful culinary experience in a superb setting. Few tables, be careful to reserve carefully. The menu is original, inexpensive and very good. The chef uses many herbs from the La Citadelle botanical garden.

This was our first visit since they moved to Menerbes. It's clean and modern, the terrace is lovely, but the interior is also lovely. The restrooms are gorgeous! A dish made with fresh local vegetables . Margaux is fluent in English and very friendly.Her hospitality is so perfect that she even remembered our wine preferences from our visit last year!.

We love this restaurant. A pearl, something very special. The food is very tasteful and prepared with love and passion. Excellent wines that help you enjoy the wonderful ambience. We had the chance to dine on the terrace during a company meal, an exceptional view that we can't get enough of, refined and tasty cuisine, a warm welcome, everything is perfect, a big thank you for this timeless moment .

We went to Restaurant Tayac at Domaine de la Citadelle in Maubec in mid-June (definitely not closed) for lunch (they only serve at lunchtime). When we tried to book, 10 days before going we were on the waiting list. What an amazing lunch on a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the vineyard. The food was beautifully cooked and presented and the service was outstanding. 4 courses (starter, main, cheese and dessert for 33euros). Amazing value. It surely won't be long before these prices rise and so the should. Should not be missed if you visit the Luberon

A silly outstanding experience and a gem in the Luberon. The service is faultless and the food amazing. The menu changes weekly, so you can keep coming back again and again. Remember to book as it is very popular -and deservedly so!
