We went to Hug restaurant with a couple of friends to try their famous steak tartare. No complaints there.
However, the stifling heat in the restaurant somewhat spoiled our meal.
I think the owner should consider investing in an air conditioning system or efficient ventilation soon.
When you see all the customers trying to cool off with fans and menus, not to mention those splashing water on their faces in the restrooms... I think this situation needs serious consideration.

An institution!
If you're looking for steak tartare, this is the best restaurant in the entire region. Friendly staff, beautifully presented and generous portions. They offer over 20 tartares, from the most classic to the most original.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

What a waste…
The service was so appalling… the wait was unbearable (we didn't order dessert because even just to take our order, we waited over 20 minutes).
Our waitress made mistakes with our order from beginning to end, was unfriendly, and didn't smile once… it completely ruined our meal.
The only real positive point about this restaurant is the food. The snails, beef carpaccio, and tartares are truly excellent.
Despite the fact that the food was excellent, we don't plan to return because of the service.
P.S.: The person who prepares and serves the tartares is very kind and always smiling, despite her heavy workload. Furthermore, her tartares are truly delicious.

It's always a pleasure to eat here with the family. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, with a superb steak tartare and a wide selection of seasonings that allows everyone to customize it to their liking. A warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. A sure bet!

I came on the recommendation of their famous tartares, and I tried the Thai tartare—it was absolutely delicious!
The meal was excellent, the service attentive and very pleasant. I had a wonderful time, and the tartares definitely live up to their reputation. I highly recommend it!

I thoroughly enjoyed lunch at this restaurant this afternoon.
I had to look around a bit at first, because the restaurant is not located on the ground floor, but on the first floor.
I enjoyed a glass of white wine, the Pinot Gris. For starters, I ordered the 6 escargots; delicious!
The main course was salmon tartare with fries and a salad.
The food was good and the service friendly!
