Une excellente surprise ce mardi soir. Nous sommes allés au Tipaza, le roi du couscous. Le titre n'est pas usurpé et, bien au contraire, très largement mérité. Des viandes cuites comme il se doit, un plat de légumes copieux, une semoule conçue par une expert en la matière : l'épouse du patron. Un patron toujours souriant et bienveillant. Une très bonne soirée donc, à renouveler en famille.

04/12/2025: Went for lunch after a training session at the business incubator. Excellent, generous portions. I ordered rare steak and got it, which is rare in some restaurants.
