The King of Couscous — Armentières 🐪🍲 We went there and honestly, we had a fantastic time. The couscous was incredibly generous, the plates were overflowing, and everything was delicious. The semolina was perfectly prepared, the meat tender and well-seasoned, and the broth full of flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. 🌞 A big thank you also to the owner who prepares the dishes; you can taste the homemade quality and expertise. And of course, thank you to the entire team for the service, always smiling and attentive. A little shout-out to the owner: we bumped into each other in a shop, we chatted, and I told him I'd come eat at his restaurant. I did, and I don't regret the trip at all! In short, we ate very well, we received a super warm welcome, and we'll gladly return. I highly recommend it. ✨✨✨✨✨ A little touch of humor: kudos to the owner for his kindness, and for the tea served with a good T... that's the final T! 😄🍵 And to finish, in the local dialect: "I ate so well I couldn't get out of bed! But it's okay, I'll still come back, especially for the tea. See you all, and goodbye!" 🐪🍵😂

The kindness of the owner and his son, combined with the quality of the couscous (very fine semolina, flavorful vegetables and broth, and perfectly grilled meat), made for a very pleasant experience. It's easy to see why this restaurant has been around since the 1980s.
