The owner and staff were lovely. One of the best couscous dishes we've ever had: the semolina was like a cloud, the vegetables melted in our mouths, and the meat was of very high quality. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

03/03/2026: Lost in Armentières this Monday evening, March 2nd. A huge thank you to the staff and the owner, who called me a taxi. They were so kind and professional. Thank you so much to them! I haven't tried their food, but I'll gladly go.
02/03/2026: Dinner with a friend at Le Fil Rouge tonight on his recommendation and I wasn't disappointed!! Warm welcome, excellent food and good wine, relaxed atmosphere – in short, I highly recommend it.
