Beautiful hotel, very pleasant staff, recommended +++

Air conditioning was not working yesterday May 27, 2024 It was terrible heat in the rooms 25/26 degrees and if we opened we were eaten by mosquitoes…. We had reserved 11 rooms and the same observation for all!!! The students at the top, very professional and pleasant unlike the receptionist who was not a student and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Unanimous observation…. (Monday May 27 at 4 p.m.) The catering is excellent value for money.

I would have liked to have been young enough to join this school and redo my professional career... Too bad there are no options for senior professional retraining...

Very clean hotel located near the University Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine. Employment of students from the hotel school so very interesting to have lunch with all these young people. Spacious room. Free parking.

Open Day for the Vatel school. Very pleasant welcome by the students and very interesting presentation of the establishment! A good choice for studies in luxury hotels and restaurants.

The hotel and the room are generally OK. Many errors were made, particularly in terms of service at the brasserie (drink charged in the children's menu not offered and we did not have a card to find out, chicken advertised as roasted but served in Provencal sauce average for children, beer ordered different from that served, cooking not respected for meat and eggs at breakfast, irregular quality of service even if they are apprentices a minimum should be known to all... And the best: we were "sold" a special Sunday lunch for children with games, sweets... And nothing, not a game where coloring offered as advertised, no popcorn only the few candies present on the buffet every day.. . The aperitif has not yet been served when the hot starters arrive (the 2 waitresses followed each other within 2 meters)... The water in the pool is cold, the jacuzzi and hammam are just lukewarm, but the gym is overheated

I had an excellent stay and seminar in this establishment. The staff is really professional, even though they are students, and they listen and serve the customer. The services offered (gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc.) are up to par with the hotel. However, what is a shame for an establishment of this class is the insufficient soundproofing of the rooms facing the outside (especially on a busy road), with non-soundproof panels.

As part of training, I regularly go to the Vatel hotel. Overall this establishment is welcoming and pleasant. However, during my last visit, a certain number of small inconveniences were felt. No more toilet paper, no more soap, the cleanliness of the toilets was neglected, the lunch buffet was lighter than usual. Furthermore, in the training room, there are recurring problems, malfunctioning microphones, too much air conditioning or too much heating, I have never taken a room in this establishment and I don't know if I want to
