The Willerhof has become the Alsatian Bouillon, a modernized regional cuisine. Note that some photos are of the Willerhof and not the Bouillon.

A wonderful discovery! We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The daily menu was simply excellent, with flavorful and well-prepared dishes. The service was friendly and efficient, all in a pleasant atmosphere. We were delighted to discover this place and would gladly recommend it. We will definitely be back!

The booking process was excellent; Karine is attentive, friendly, and offers great advice. The food was superb and the service impeccable.

Excellent restaurant, generous portions. We particularly enjoyed the fried carp and the creamy polenta with Barkass cheese. Many thanks to Karine and Maeva for their smiles and kindness, and of course to the chefs. We will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant we just discovered 💕👋🏼 Everything was delicious. The €38 set menu was excellent and exceptional in its creation. Very good veal liver, excellent langoustine, superb veal fillet with morels and various mushrooms, plus a very good dessert. Really, really very good; we will definitely return.
