We didn't like the food, and the cleanliness of the place needs improvement. We ordered this and nothing was done.

Noham Cafe

05/08/2026: Very nice spot right beside the Arc de Tromphe. I was just looking to for a place to stop by and grab a (hopefully not terribly overpriced) drink, and was very pleased. €7 for a beer, Happy Hour with 20% off from 4:00pm-8:00pm. If you’re looking for a quick beverage, this is a great spot. I didn’t look for food, but for drinks they are very reasonably priced. Brought out a small complimentary bowl of assorted nuts as well which was a nice touch. Very relaxed interior with lots of comfortable seating. Waiter spoke English as well and was very polite.

O'31

27/08/2026: It’s a really cute shop and the food and drinks are really quick ready
10/06/2026: O’31 is a restaurant near the Champs-Élysées that offers you the chance to customize your poké bowl, a Hawaiian dish. The service is friendly and the poké bowls are generously portioned with several options to create your own.
