Rincon Chilien sur Toulouse

An excellent experience at El Rincon Chileno in Toulouse. I was won over by the beef empanadas, which were flavorful and generous. The waiter, Carlos, added a friendly touch with his helpful recommendations. The colorful and typically Chilean decor immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of South America. You travel from the very first bite. A welcoming place that I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic cuisine.

A familiar aroma of lovingly prepared food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service—I mean, the staff were attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. A place that transports you back to the places you hold dear. The empanadas are a classic, the ceviche a delightful surprise, the pebre a must-try, and above all, the discada—simply superb. There's a reason it's the most renowned and oldest restaurant in the area. It's become my go-to spot in Toulouse.

It's a hidden gem, a place you stumble upon while wandering the neighborhood, and you'll quickly fall under its spell. The atmosphere and ambiance transport you to Chile, a place where time seems to stand still. The menu is extensive, and the dishes are generous and flavorful. It's a truly wonderful find!

I was pleasantly surprised by the food, which was excellent quality and absolutely delicious. The staff is lovely; I highly recommend it.
