We know what to expect: reasonably priced Italian food. However, the staff could be a bit more considerate and less abrupt (it's not great when a waitress makes an uncouth gesture towards customers to get them to come to her, or, in a fishmonger's tone, the same one who says, when the evening is well underway, "it's a table for 6, there are 4 of you. I can't give it to you." The explanation is plausible, but the tone is very unpleasant. And she didn't give the table to anyone else).

Excellent service, it's a shame there's no air conditioning. The toilets aren't very clean and there's no hand soap. Otherwise, we were very well received and the food was excellent.

I want to commend the courage of all the staff, who deserve recognition for working so hard in this heatwave without air conditioning! I ordered takeout, and despite the heat, the employees were smiling, efficient, and even blew up a small balloon for my little girl and gave her a little book! The food was perfect. Well done, and keep up the good work! I hope your management will install air conditioning soon.

I arrived in the middle of a heatwave hoping for some relief from the heat. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, and the dining room was cooled by two pathetic standing fans. The meal was a real ordeal, despite the kindness of the servers who must have been suffering just as much as we were, especially those in the kitchen near the ovens... It's unacceptable for management to treat their staff, and especially their customers, like that. As for the food itself, the service was quick and adequate. The pizza was a bit greasy, and the desserts were a little warm and melted, probably because it must have been at least 32 degrees Celsius in the dining room.
