I've been getting my pizzas from Del Arte for a few years now because they're very good, but tonight the Regina pizza was way overcooked, the ham was practically nonexistent, and the overall taste wasn't great. Where has the good pizza chef gone? Tonight's chef was terrible! Number 721.

A very welcoming restaurant with a fantastic team. A smiling, competent, and professional team. Quite reasonable prices. However, I have a very negative review regarding customer service and complaints. Following a change in the loyalty program, points are correctly recorded on receipts, but one out of three or four times, the points don't appear in our account. In this case, we immediately file a complaint with photos of the relevant receipt, but unfortunately, this service is practically nonexistent. We have been waiting for a response to a complaint we've called back three times for 10 days now. Why have a complaints department if no one answers? Sincerely

Excellent evening, exquisite food. Friendly and very smiling waitress. I regret that, in this very well-designed setting, Italian songs weren't played to enhance the atmosphere.
