I have loved del Arte for years.

My partner and I are regulars at this restaurant chain (we have a loyalty card), and no matter which city we're in, we happily go there for a quick lunch. However, we were extremely disappointed on Wednesday, October 12th, when we visited your Del'arte restaurant in Val de Reuil (for the second time in a row, which is why I'm posting this). From the moment we arrived until we paid, our meal was a disaster! Upon entering, we waited several long minutes before anyone took our order, even though there were only two other customers in the restaurant (around 1:45 pm). Then, when taking our order, the waiter made a mistake and served my partner the wrong dish (veal escalope Firenze instead of escalope Milanese, even though he doesn't eat pork). We waited 40 minutes before we could finally eat! To top it all off, they made a mistake when it came time to pay and charged us for three dishes instead of two! We were so eager to leave that we didn't react immediately (even though I thought the bill was outrageous at the time), but I saw it in the car with the receipt later. I've never had such a disastrous experience at a Del Arte restaurant, and I hope the staff will be better trained and more attentive to customers because it's a decent restaurant chain overall, and I find it a shame to have had such a terrible experience in my own city. Very warm welcome. Very nice place.

The staff were very friendly and smiling. We really appreciated being able to have our five dogs with us in the air-conditioned conservatory during the heatwave. Fresh water bowls were provided for the dogs. A big thank you! The meal and service were impeccable. I highly recommend it.
