I went to the Del Arte restaurant in Rosny today around 3 p.m. The service was truly excellent. This is the second time this waiter has served me: he is always so responsive and professional.
Another waiter, simply by walking past me, wished me bon appétit—a very thoughtful gesture.
I was also particularly impressed by the manager. He handled the situation with great compassion and professionalism when a woman came into the restaurant explaining that she was hungry but had no money. I take my hat off to him.

I've been going to this Pizza del Arte for years when I go shopping in Rosny 2. Always a very warm welcome; for over 15 years I've seen some of the same faces. The service is always top-notch, with friendliness and efficiency. Absolutely fantastic.

A quick stop at this Del Arte before our movie. There's a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. I opted for gnocchi with cream and chicken, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. We were in a bit of a hurry, and while the service wasn't perfect, the staff made sure we left quickly enough to make it to our movie time. I recommend it.

Lunch today at Pizza Del Arte.
Upon arrival, the waitress wanted to seat us at a table right by the door. We simply asked to change seats, especially since several tables were available. This request was very poorly received: the waitress left us standing there and never came back to assist us.
We were eventually served by another waitress, who was perfect, professional, and pleasant. No complaints whatsoever about her, nor about the meal, which was good.
However, it would be important to remind the young waitress in question that customers are there to be welcomed and at least minimally satisfied, especially when their request is perfectly reasonable.
Special mention to the other waitress for her professionalism.
