Excellent value for money. It's good, fast, and the staff are friendly.

Passing through Rouen we came to eat as a family, very good and quick, thank you to the waitress for her service 😉 we will come back again sometime.

No welcome whatsoever, they pointed at the table and told us to figure it out ourselves. The waitress wasn't smiling and her manner of speaking was very unpleasant; we felt like we were bothering them. They shoved the bill in our faces as we were starting to eat dessert. Very disappointed. The waiter, however, was very good and the pizzas were delicious. It's a shame because it's not the first time we've been here. I'm not sure we'll be back.

I was very disappointed by this experience. The service was far from professional. We were served by a tall waiter with glasses, who was very cold and unfriendly. He didn't greet us when taking our order, didn't smile, and his attitude clearly made us feel like we were bothering him. We had ordered an appetizer that never arrived, without any apology or explanation. Yet, the main courses were very good, which is a real shame because the quality of the food doesn't match the quality of the service at all. The worst part was the comment when we asked for Parmesan cheese: the waiter told us we had to "finish the last drop." This kind of response is completely inappropriate and unprofessional towards customers. I had planned to book for Saturday evening to celebrate my son's birthday with about twenty people, but after this experience and unpleasant atmosphere, I decided to cancel my reservation. It's a shame, because the restaurant could be very good with a proper welcome and service.

We come here 2 or 3 times a year and are never disappointed. The pizza is very good, the lasagna too, and the desserts are also very good.

Very fast service at lunchtime and generous portions. Pleasant staff. However, only one till for payment is not enough; you have to wait quite a while.

Well, it's quiet, I hadn't been back to a Del Arte for a long time (2 decades) but I don't regret it.

Nice restaurant. The pizza was very, very good. However, we arrived at 1:30 pm and the waitress seemed eager for us to leave quickly. That's a shame.
