Ristorante d'Emilio sur Cassis

Charming little hotel, welcoming staff and a great location!

Stay in suite 6, it's worth every penny. The room was huge, with two queen beds and a large, modern bathroom with tub. It also had the most charming and beautiful ceiling with huge wooden beams and a view of the water and nearby beach. And it was quiet at night (except for the random 4am fireworks display). We initially went to Cassis as an afterthought on our tour of the South of France (Aix-en-Provence, Nice, Cannes, Cassis, Arles) but it ended up being our favourite stay. Largely because of this amazing hotel, with incredible breakfast and also parking on site. Also check out Balthazar for dinner at the harbour.

This was a fabulous little hotel for our stay in Cassis. The entire staff was so friendly, kind, and lovely! We speak minimal French, but we did not have trouble communicating. They were very patient with us. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, and the location for restaurants, the beach, and Les Calanques was superb. The establishment was close to the activity but also tucked behind for a bit more privacy—still able to see the coast and water! Everything was clean and charming. We appreciated that our room had a shower and little balcony with a view. We were able to stay in a single room (room 6) as a family of 4 (husband, myself, 2 adult “children”). This trip has been a very special, once-in-a-lifetime experience! Thank you, Le Jardin D’Emile!

A truly delightful interlude at Jardin d’Émile! We were lucky enough to snag a drink as it was practically empty, and we had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and we were looked after by a truly lovely and attentive person. The cocktails were expertly prepared, delicious, and perfectly balanced. The setting is ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot for a drink in a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for this lovely experience!

A beautiful spot facing Bestouan beach, the welcome is very warm, the service is personalized... well done to the whole team! The only downside is the lack of lunch and dinner service. The upsides include a high-quality and generous breakfast, a magnificent garden, a tastefully decorated veranda, private and secure parking, and easy access to the nearby calanques. You can also eat at Pastis, a small restaurant in front of the entrance, which offers tasty dishes and takeaway options. I highly recommend this place where we had a lovely stay.

A wonderful stay in a superb building…the service and staff are top-notch, we felt welcomed and expected, the smiles were warm and genuine…a superb stay in Cassis! Thank you!
