Amazing burgers made with fresh, local ingredients! It's hard to choose just one. They even have gluten-free buns. Excellent homemade chips, with a fresh salad and crudités as an alternative. Friendly, smiling, and attentive service. Lively, semi-pedestrian neighborhood. Go for it!!

INCREDIBLE! We spent the day in Biarritz and this place popped up while I was searching online. Everything was delicious, the starter potatoes were amazing, all the burgers we ordered were exquisite, and the desserts were just as good. But the service was the best part. We were a little late, and when we arrived, they didn't give us any trouble at all and treated us incredibly well! A 10 out of 10!

One of the best burgers of my life, and I mean it!! They're incredibly good, locally sourced, and a real departure from the usual recipes! The ingredients are fresh and delicious, everything is homemade, right down to the sauces!! The service was also fantastic, I'll definitely be back.

The food was excellent, however, there were three of us at the table, and we were repeatedly called "the girls" even though there was only one woman present. Perhaps it's time to review your greeting vocabulary so as not to inadvertently offend a clientele perceived as too feminine, for example, by removing this type of address from your speech.

A fantastic burger on a great street, served with excellent homemade chips.
We stopped here for lunch during our visit to Biarritz and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-minded. The burgers were probably the best we have had anywhere in France.
They serve chips rather than traditional French fries, but they are absolutely delicious and a surprisingly good alternative.
When visiting Biarritz, do not miss this little gem! 👌🏽
