A truly wonderful spot in the 17th arrondissement! Impeccable service, a lovely terrace, and carefully prepared cuisine: everything is there for a fantastic experience. The pizza dough is superb, perfectly cooked… but one detail unfortunately spoiled what could have been a fabulous experience: the parmesan sprinkled on top. I hadn't thought of it when I ordered, and it's not mentioned on the menu. I still don't understand why some Neapolitan pizzerias systematically add parmesan to their pizzas—it really gets tiresome after a while. Nevertheless, it remains a very good place, where you can feel the dedication and quality. I'll be back, simply specifying "without parmesan" when ordering.
