Quite disappointed. It doesn't reflect the owner's description at all.
The meat was awful.
The fries weren't great.
The welcome and service left much to be desired.
They didn't respond to any of the customers who said good evening...
And as for cleanliness, it's best to avoid it. 😮💨
A regular customer for a good year, there was a mix-up with orders this evening, and yet the restaurant handled the whole situation incredibly well, everything was sorted out in a few minutes, little extras as gifts, honestly thank you, you saved my evening!
Passing through Troyes, a very nice discovery. Tasty hamburgers prepared with care. Very good. The tenders my son had were very good (even though he is difficult and he liked it). Friendly and smiling waitress despite our various changes. Thank you to you and your team. We will come back with great pleasure when we are back in Troyes.
