The burgers are homemade, with quality ingredients and lots of flavor. The fries are delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend it, and I'll gladly return!

More than 30 minutes of waiting and we still haven't been served! We've almost lost our appetite... it's crazy that orders take so long (as of the Arthur McGlen outlet, 02/05/2026)

I've known this establishment for eight years now, and as a regular, I haven't had the chance to visit in the last two years. It was with some apprehension that I returned, given the recent reviews, which were at best lukewarm and at worst devastating!
So, I went back: WHAT A JOY to rediscover these homemade fries and this almost artisanal burger. Generous in flavor and quantity, without lacking in substance or authenticity. The Neruda avocado sauce on a slice of melting cheddar, delicately placed between a bakery bun and a butcher's steak… this restaurant really knows its stuff!
We'll be back.

A customer for over 10 years, and always the same conclusion: a sure thing, unbeatable.
Here, the quality has never wavered. The burgers are always delicious, generous, and perfectly executed—you can taste the attention to detail and consistency; you never get tired of the classics!

We were there today as a family; it's our second time and it's still excellent! My wife loved her salad with marinated chicken, I enjoyed the baguette sandwich, and my daughter loved the spicy fries!
The service was quick, the place was very clean, and the staff was very respectful!
Thank you, we'll be stopping by every time we go shopping at the outlets 😉
