Beautiful restaurant, with lovely host and servers. They were very warm and friendly, and explained the menu well. Food was delicious and it good proportion

Excellent food, all dishes to the point, tasted excellent. We had leg of lamb, foie gras, ribs, everything perfect. The wine is unreasonably expensive.

Traveling in Champagne it's easy to plan your Michelin lunch and dinner, but if you want some delicious roasted chicken, patio and a bottle of Champagne, make the journey to Rotisserie Henry IV. It has moved to a new location, it is the right, on the same side of the street from the original location. Also the drive is incredible. Lots of vineyards and roads, where you can pop out for photos. After lunch head over to Hautvillers for another cool scenic little town!

Very pleasant and attentive service. Congratulations to the servers and their chef. Extra local Champagne menu. To discover! There's something on Aý.! Menus with interesting/appetizing choices. Starter with 2 snails would be a plus. Classic and Italian tartars well appreciated by young people. With a little mustard available would be nice. Delicious coffee or tea at the top!!. A nice park and an indoor-outdoor setting that is worth the detour! A big thank you for this weekend anniversary!!!

Sitting in the garden sheltered by walls and shade of the large trees we enjoyed a wonderful meal of maigret de canard. Washed down by a bottle of Mantou-Selon. Followed by a luscious dish of macaroons and ice cream. Yummy!!

Purtroppo le aspettative non sono state raggiunte. Alla buona qualità del cibo non si accompagna la gentilezza del personale che ci lavora. Non ci siamo sentiti accolti con calore che invece abbiamo trovato in altri ristoranti di Ay. Non mangerete male ma non vi sentirete speciali come clienti. That’s it!
