Rôtisserie Henri IV is a pleasant and cozy brasserie. A very nice wine list, with champagnes by the bottle. There is also a separate board with champagnes and wines by the glass.
For starters, the frog legs and escargots are recommended. After that, a piece of grilled meat. Don't expect refined dishes, but it is tasty. The fries could be fried a little less crispy 😉

What can I say? A discreet, unique, classy, and absolutely magnificent place. The service was attentive, discreet, and professional. The dishes... of exquisite beauty and finesse... truly excellent and infinitely delicious.
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We will be back with friends.

Fantastic place!! The restaurant was fully booked on Saturday night, but we still managed to snag the last two available seats. The customer is literally king here. The menu includes duck, chicken, and steak. And of course, champagne and regional wines. The service is incredibly friendly. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

A warm welcome (a rare treat these days); a lovely place with large bay windows, allowing you to dine with a view of a pretty park (and admire the falling snow).
We thoroughly enjoyed a butternut squash velouté with chestnuts and pan-seared foie gras; followed by ham hock and ribs; and finally, a very generous portion of roasted pineapple! And a gourmet coffee.
The champagne (Bollinger) and the wine (Crozes-Hermitage) were simply perfect.
We'll definitely be back in the spring/summer.

A truly lovely spot run by a charming couple, offering impeccable service and delicious, refined dishes, not to mention a superb wine and champagne list. Located in a beautifully preserved historic house, this lovely brasserie is well worth a visit, both for its excellent value and its proximity to the Castel Janson hotel and the Pressoria sensory museum. A perfect addition to a pleasant weekend punctuated by walks through the vineyards. Kudos to the entire team for a delightful evening at the brasserie.
