Fantastic place!! The restaurant was fully booked on Saturday night, but we still managed to snag the last two available seats. The customer is literally king here. The menu includes duck, chicken, and steak. And of course, champagne and regional wines. The service is incredibly friendly. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

A warm welcome (a rare treat these days); a lovely place with large bay windows, allowing you to dine with a view of a pretty park (and admire the falling snow).
We thoroughly enjoyed a butternut squash velouté with chestnuts and pan-seared foie gras; followed by ham hock and ribs; and finally, a very generous portion of roasted pineapple! And a gourmet coffee.
The champagne (Bollinger) and the wine (Crozes-Hermitage) were simply perfect.
We'll definitely be back in the spring/summer.

A truly lovely spot run by a charming couple, offering impeccable service and delicious, refined dishes, not to mention a superb wine and champagne list. Located in a beautifully preserved historic house, this lovely brasserie is well worth a visit, both for its excellent value and its proximity to the Castel Janson hotel and the Pressoria sensory museum. A perfect addition to a pleasant weekend punctuated by walks through the vineyards. Kudos to the entire team for a delightful evening at the brasserie.

What a gem. Our second time at this wonderful restaurant while visiting the champagne area. The ambience, set in a beautiful garden, and their delicious rotisserie chicken. Also the staff, serving us with a nice dose of humor. Felt like we were at a family restaurant.

Very good, nothing to complain about.
Delicious salmon tartare, lamb shank as well.
French toast for dessert was perfect.
The wine was good, the service impeccable, and the setting was beautiful.
