As a regular takeout customer, I've unfortunately noticed a recurring lack of attention to detail: several items are missing from every order, and last time nearly half were missing. Apologies are no longer sufficient. Having to wait for the missing items while the rest gets cold is unacceptable for a service I've paid for in full. Please implement a proper check of orders before handing them over to the customer.
