Delicious Japanese cuisine, generous portions, and beautiful presentation. Everything is perfect 👌
The only difficulty is choosing from the menu because everything is so good (but a special mention for the curry 🧡)
It's always a pleasure to order or eat in. All my friends who discover the restaurant are won over!
An important bonus point: the staff is lovely and the decor is stylish. I highly recommend it!

As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. The team is lovely and welcoming, which is truly delightful!
On the food front, you can create your own order: salads, buns… Everything is fresh, delicious, and absolutely wonderful. 😋
And above all, be sure to check out their catering section: it's simply magnificent! As beautiful to look at as it is tempting to try everything. You can feel the care, creativity, and desire to please, right down to the presentation.
A truly lovely place, with great products and, most importantly, wonderful people behind it. I highly recommend it! ✨

25/08/2026: Definitely the best restaurant in Melun. Without any real competition in town, it's one of the rare restaurants/brasserie where you can eat truly well, with plenty of choice, quantity, and quality—a word to the wise.
The staff is fantastic, and the decor is lovely too, even if the price is a bit high, but that's typical of all brasseries of this type in the Paris region.
In any case, I've been twice and I've never been disappointed, which is great!

0 for the kitchen too: changing the tenders (which are real chicken fillets) without saying a word, replacing them with a cordon bleu (an ultra-processed specialty, therefore unhealthy).
0 for atmosphere: drafty, mediocre music...

29/08/2026: Too expensive for what's offered. The rice isn't very good, the tuna isn't high quality, and all the meats have an aftertaste. Furthermore, there's very little choice on the all-you-can-eat buffet, and for €26, I find that disappointing. It's a shame, because the staff are very friendly and professional.

An absolute disgrace. I paid €15.40 on Uber Eats for what was supposed to be a panuzzo, and I ended up with an extremely thin, empty, and tasteless sandwich. There were only two measly, microscopic slices of ham chasing each other. The value for money is catastrophic, and the reality bears absolutely no resemblance to the images displayed on the platform. It's an insult to Italian cuisine; this restaurant should be avoided at all costs!
The pictures on the app are a lie!
It shouldn't be called Trisapory, but Sad and Rotten.
19/07/2026: I'm extremely disappointed with my Uber Eats order. The visuals on the app (AI-generated) are enticing but bear absolutely no resemblance to reality. The delivery was a massive rip-off: a huge amount of bread with virtually no toppings. To top it all off, the pesto was so overloaded with salt that it was completely inedible; it tasted like a whole tub of salt had been dumped in it. Avoid this place; it's a disgrace.

03/10/2026: We came as a group for the Brie Festival in Melun and had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant.
The menu for the occasion consisted of three choices each for a starter, main course, and dessert.
Despite this simplified menu, the service was terribly slow: 2.5 hours from being seated to paying at checkout.
Regarding the starters:
- The salads were listed as having ham and onions, which were not included.
- The quiches were cold.
Regarding the main courses:
- The meat and mussel dishes were perfect, except that we were looking for the Brie flavor in the sauce. However, the fries... It was disappointing to say that even McCain baked fries (heresy!) are better.
Regarding the desserts:
- The cheesecake was very good, as were the apple tarts, but again, we were looking for the Brie flavor, which was listed on the menu for both desserts. On the other hand, my daughter was served a plate of fries because "there was no way to order anything else that wasn't on the menu for the Brie Festival."
We did manage to get her a scoop of ice cream for dessert, thank you for that.
However, another diner at the table was given half a scoop "because that's all that was left in the tub."
The most unpleasant thing was the deafening noise from beginning to end, worse than a school cafeteria, to the point where you couldn't even talk because you couldn't hear yourself think.
But that's not the restaurant's fault.
However, the terribly long service times are their responsibility.
Which is all the more unfortunate since one of our other diners told us that it's usually faster... They were probably overwhelmed by the festival and the massive influx of customers.
Therefore, I gave an average rating that reflects a middle ground between my bad experience today and the guest's usual positive experiences, in order to qualify my judgment.
28/09/2026: The service was excellent; the waitress was very helpful and attentive. The food was refined, especially the lamb shoulder, and the portions were very generous. The price was very reasonable, and the place was pleasant.
