A flawless experience, and a canteen I've particularly enjoyed for a few years now ;)

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, a pleasant dining room, and a lovely staff. The food blew me away—authentic, fresh, and varied dishes. I highly recommend the caramel pork and the vegetarian options, which are excellent and flavorful. The value for money is unbeatable, whether for lunch or dinner. I've been several times, and it's become one of my favorite spots. For me, the best Vietnamese restaurant in Paris.

INCREDIBLE chicken banh mi. I must have eaten about ten this month (yes, I'm obsessing over finding the best banh mi in Paris). And I've finally found the one that's by far the best in my opinion. The herbs, the vegetables, the bread, the chicken—oh my god, thank you Rouge Do for ending my search. Please don't change a thing! Bonus: A lady in front of me who went crazy for her drink (gazpacho, I think?). Bonus 2: Fast, friendly service. Nice place. In short, I recommend it a thousand times over!

A wonderful discovery: Vietnamese pancakes with lemongrass sausage, accompanied by Japanese basil (shiso) and Thai basil...an explosion of flavors and goodness!

An incredible experience from start to finish! The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and prepared with care. Special mention to the service, which was truly top-notch: a huge thank you to Louis, who offered excellent advice and was incredibly pleasant throughout the meal. It makes all the difference! I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.
