An absolute treat. We stopped in originally thinking we'd get some ice cream, but quickly changed our minds when we saw the huge selection of chocolates and macarons. We were given samples of the chocolate (the salted caramel milk chocolate was divine). The store felt very luxurious and the staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a variety of macarons and they were delicious. I would highly recommend a stop to this chocolatier

We found this shop on our second day in Paris. Chocolates and macarons are all top-notch. The staff speaks English, which was helpful for my husband, but as I wanted to practice my French, we had a dual-language shopping experience. Staff was super welcoming, and I'm not ashamed to admit, I revisited within the week. Since I am here in Paris for a month, I consider this "my" neighborhood chocolate shop. In fact, I'm headed there again now. Lucky me!

I came all the way from Japan to Paris just to buy this chocolate! A few years ago, when I was chocolate-hopping in Paris, I discovered it and it was so delicious that I regretted only buying a small box when I got back home. So this time, I'm very happy that I was able to buy so many different kinds! The staff are also incredibly friendly, so if you're going to Paris, you absolutely must stop by here!

The male clerk was very kind. He told me the language options and explained things to me in easy-to-understand English. I was also happy that I was able to sample the products. The clerk was cheerful and friendly. I made a great purchase.

16/08/2026: I visited this place,way back in 1972 in the Night tour programme of Paris.I think it should be the same now!May have undergone lot of changes over the past years.Was returning to India afet an official visit to Sweden.
29/07/2026: Second visit to Lido 2 Paris, For the show "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum" This time, British humor was in the spotlight, with a play subtitled live. Champagne, petits fours, canapés—quite a treat. The chairs were comfortable, and the place was rather cozy! A downside was the horrendously long cloakroom and the minuscule amount of food offered... The sets, the actors, the performers—everything else was truly magnificently orchestrated, with live musicians. A wonderful evening for "Le Kabaret," with magnificent staging and sets. I've never seen such a show with such talented, hardworking, and precise dancers and actors! (Cabaret show—no spoilers, but it's German, very German, too German, so be prepared!) Dinner was also German-themed! The only slight downside is that the tables are shared, which can be a bit annoying for people who don't necessarily expect it or who don't want to socialize... Also, it's quite difficult to move around when the room is full.
