Royal Champagne sur Champillon

My sister and I came to eat at the restaurant today: everything was perfect. I no longer drink alcohol, and they offered me a truly high-end non-alcoholic drink and adapted my dessert since I don't eat sugar (thank you for the beautifully presented and delicious fresh fruit!). We visited the restaurant, which was simply splendid! Then the spa, which was just magnificent! The outdoor pool was sensational. I loved everything, the kindness of the staff, who were very attentive and always smiling. The massage was perfect; thank you to the masseuse who was truly exceptional! I had asked her to focus on my back and neck because I was very stressed, and she worked everything out! She was very attentive! I will be back soon to this extraordinary place!

This review is solely for the spa and treatments. I haven't had the opportunity to experience the hotel or restaurant. However, the relaxation area lives up to what one would expect from this level of establishment. The staff's kindness and attentiveness were also excellent. The treatments were truly exceptional, a truly timeless experience.

One of the Best Hotel experiences from the arrival, to our stay and even upon departure. Ever staff was very attentive to every single detail, vip amenity in room with a personalized note. Room is very spacious and bright, service was perfect, breakfast menu offer was perfect. The #1 hotel in the champagne region!

We had an extraordinary time at this hotel. What struck me most was the human touch. Their availability and kindness were exceptional (yes, the advantages of living outside of Paris!). Having worked for 20 years in the ultra-luxury world of fine jewelry (before changing careers), I had the chance and the privilege of experiencing many luxury hotels such as the Four Seasons, the Ritz, the Plaza, the Burj Khalifa, Cheval Blanc, and so many others around the world (I even did mystery shopping for some who asked me to). Last weekend, I felt like I was in Asia, the service was so exceptional. The essence of true luxury in its simplicity was brilliantly achieved. In short, excellent service, a truly pleasant and high-quality restaurant, exceptional champagnes, a magnificent spa, and as for the massages, I'm speechless. And the breakfast was simply perfect! I will return with immense pleasure. However, I must point out that the devil is in the details, and... If you ever aspire to reach Palace status, you'll have to work very hard. I would have loved to guide you towards excellence. Some details are easily overlooked thanks to the kindness of the staff, but Atout France won't overlook any of them. In short, an unforgettable moment for my wife's birthday. I repeat: this hotel is an incredible haven with an amazing spa, a truly delightful restaurant, and extremely attentive staff from the front desk to the beverage counter, from the restaurant to the spa. If you have the opportunity, go for it; you won't be disappointed! Thank you to this establishment for our weekend!

This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I chose it for its breathtaking views — quite possibly the most beautiful view in all of Champagne — and its outstanding infrastructure. What I didn’t expect was how deeply meaningful this place would become to me — it was here that I proposed to my then-girlfriend. From months in advance, the hotel team helped me carefully plan and organize every detail. Lucile, my guest experience manager, was simply phenomenal. She supported me with creative ideas for the proposal and flawlessly orchestrated every day of our stay in this beautiful region — from lunches and dinners to private tours. The team even helped monitor the weather to ensure the proposal moment would be perfect. Lucile also arranged a photographer, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was outstanding, and the restaurant is very good and consistently reliable. The wine selection is strong and thoughtfully curated. Every single employee was attentive, warm, and genuinely willing to help. I highly recommend taking the hotel bikes and riding around Champillon and Hautvillers — an unforgettable way to experience the surroundings. I truly hope to return someday to relive these incredible moments.
