An absolutely unforgettable stay at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa with my fiancé. Even before our arrival, everything was perfect… We were contacted to ask if we wanted to have dinner, with the option of arranging room service in advance: a rare touch that immediately set the tone. Upon our evening arrival, the welcome was remarkably warm and professional. A huge thank you to Marion, who took care of everything with incredible kindness, especially our room service. Throughout our stay, Lucile, Anaïs, Lena, and Julie were incredibly attentive, always smiling, caring, and impeccably elegant. Special mention to Julie for a perfectly smooth and pleasant late check-out, at our own pace. We truly felt privileged. Every detail was designed to make our stay easier, with a genuine desire to please—and that makes all the difference. The gourmet restaurant was simply exceptional. Refined, expertly prepared cuisine, brought to life by a passionate staff who take the time to explain each dish with precision and enthusiasm. You can feel a genuine love of gastronomy and a beautiful showcase of the region. The spa… a true gem. Sublime architecture, an intimate and ultra-luxurious setting, and treatments of remarkable quality. It's a place where you can completely disconnect, in a soothing and exclusive atmosphere. As a young couple, we were worried it might be too family-oriented, but not at all; we were practically alone in the spa. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience. Magnificent view, good restaurant

I had the pleasure of having lunch there for the second time, and the staff is still impeccable. The cuisine is varied; I particularly appreciated the vegetarian and vegan options and the "make it balanced" menu. It was delicious from start to finish. As for drinks, my mocktail aperitif was perfectly satisfactory, and those who drank wine were delighted.

It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, clearly in my top three. The service is simply magnificent: attentive, discreet, yet always there at the right moment. You can feel a real attention to detail and a sincere desire to make your stay perfect. The welcome is personalized, and the staff is incredibly attentive from beginning to end. The hotel is luxurious, intimate, and very peaceful, with a splendid view of the vineyards. The room was magnificent, spacious, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom is superb, with a vintage-style bathtub and, again, a majestic view of the vineyards. The decor is refined and elegant, and thoughtful touches are left in the room every day. The spa is also very well done: large, perfectly maintained, with several relaxation areas, a beautiful indoor pool, and two jacuzzis. Everything is designed for comfort, with clean towels and small bottles of water always available. The atmosphere is particularly calm and relaxing. The restaurant was excellent, the cocktails wonderful, and the breakfast varied and of very high quality, including an absolutely delicious hot chocolate. In short, a truly magical hotel where everything was perfect. An experience I wholeheartedly recommend and would be delighted to repeat.

An unforgettable experience in an idyllic setting. Attentive staff, a cozy spa, a refined restaurant, and service that lived up to the location. We had a truly royal experience and will return as soon as possible.

A nice new hotel, with stunning views of the Epernay Valley from every room. A good Michelin-starred restaurant. The only thing I didn't like was the very incompetent service at breakfast—slow and inattentive—and the very slow reception. But these are minor details.
