Quick welcome but cold, unpleasant waitress. The dishes good. The pepsi served in horrible pressure without any gauze.

Mar 2024: Tasteless truffle butter... Jan 2024: My favorite products are gradually disappearing... The tasteless truffled butter is still available as a backup from the first supplier which was excellent — so and I no longer take it. The béarnaise is unbalanced in chervil/tarragon, because without eggs to avoid allergens — it will only appeal to those who like a strong taste of fake béarnaise... For the rest, everything is normal 😌 Dec 2023: The truffle butter in repair has a distant taste of truffle, but remains rather tasteless, which no longer appeals to me — if the first supplier does not come back, then I would surely stop... Nov 2023: A very nice new autumn menu with many choices and an excellent truffle butter offering - however, the good summer red wines have disappeared and the new ones do not convince me except a good AOP Graves Château La Tuilerie. .. Oct 2023: The choice is important with meats and dishes that are all good, like fish with double sea bass fillet or tuna tataki, and burgers like the original Stéfanos or the horse traders... For dessert, I'm falling for it for the original fresh fruit panna cotta 🥝 Sept 2023: Yunshi, still at the helm and perfect captain surrounded by a wonderful team — lots of choice with a very good planter, tasty Burgundy snail croquilles by 12, all pleasant wines including an AOP white wine from Provence Domaine Tasquier and an excellent AOP Lirac La Fermade red wine, a pleasant AOP Haut Médoc Petit Sénéjac, very good rosés (and even the pitcher of Dames de l'Engarran is remarkable), and as a digestive a rare old emblematic Souillac plum: ☕ what else? First experience in this restaurant, decorated as it should be. We ate well there. I was skeptical at first but I discovered their bone marrow and andouillette, I enjoyed it. Let's talk about the welcome, we came across two excellent waitresses, smiling and welcoming as can be. We will come back to this.

This is the first time we tried this chain and we liked it. We had a surprise from the butcher and a steak. The meat is good and the portions are generous. We were served quickly and the service was pleasant.

Good morning ! So 1st and last experience, very disappointed with the state of the restaurant and the staff. We enter the restaurant and we go to the toilets and we see that we cannot close the door, that there are no more soaps to wash our hands, we inform the staff of this but the impression is that don't bother and that they already knew! Then the pitiful service, no smile, as if they don't want to work. I'm now going to talk about the meat, we took the roast at 42nd for 2, we thought it was going to be strong for that price, but no, given the size it must have been 200g to boot!!! The fries are not homemade and when you ask for half salad and half fries they make you pay extra for the salad even though it's supposed to be unlimited! Even the sodas are not authentic products even though there is a bar!!! Anyway, all this to tell you that I will never eat there again Yes, I almost forgot, the restaurant would need to be refreshed if you want to attract more customers because the foam seats with grease stains, no thanks, just like the parquet floors are peeling off or I almost fell! The only things I liked were the sauces that's all

The meat was excellent (roast beef) and very well cooked. Home fries would have been better with the good meat. The price, however, was high (42 euros for 360 grams of meat). I was charged a small salad requested with a little fries. The place needs to be renovated, especially the toilets. The waitresses are friendly and efficient.

Always well received, no unpleasant surprises, I really liked the Flemish stew.
