One of the best restaurants I know, with unbeatable value for money. My congratulations to Thibault, a very pleasant and professional waiter, who makes me want to come back very regularly. And the food is always delicious 😋

For our first time there with a friend, Thibault gave us a very warm welcome and was very attentive. The dishes were delicious and refined; we will be back.

A superb evening at Le Saintonge. We enjoyed the six-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Each dish was delicious, with some wonderful discoveries featuring duck breast, sea bass, cod, and sweetbreads. The plates were beautifully presented, elegant, and perfectly arranged. A big thank you also to the waiter for his professionalism and good humor. He attentively guided us throughout the meal with a very welcome touch of humor. We will definitely be back.

The food was good but nothing exceptional. It's a shame the pork and sweetbreads came from Germany and the Netherlands... 102 euros for 2 (including 3 glasses of wine).
