18/04/2026: A customer for at least 12 years, never disappointed (except by the queue sometimes), a sure thing!! The only downside when eating in is the coming and going of customers (takeaway) between the tables which hinders the conviviality and even feels a bit cramped when you are a couple.
18/03/2026: We go there from time to time, very often as a family, and we're always very satisfied. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are quite generous. The staff is really very friendly and the service is very quick. The food is prepared tableside and everything is fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant.

01/05/2026: Always a pleasure to eat at Fujisan, whether dining in or taking away. The best sushi in Mulhouse and the surrounding area! I've been going there for many years (since the restaurant was in the building next door), and the quality is always top-notch! ❤️
18/02/2026: The price-quality ratio is acceptable. Given the overall Google rating and glowing reviews, I was expecting better. There's often a long wait in the evening due to the high volume of Uber Eats deliveries. The chicken spring rolls weren't as flavorful as I'd hoped; they were a bit bland. Otherwise, it's generally good. The service was pleasant and friendly. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars... I'm going with 4.
