30/11/2025: I went to the drive-thru this evening and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The person who took my order was unpleasant from the start. Then, when I went to pay, I tried to politely explain that I wanted to pay with several different cards. Before I could even finish my sentence, she closed the window to attend to another customer at the self-service kiosk without really listening to my request. I would have simply appreciated it if, once she came back to me, she had paid at least some attention to my request before confirming the amount on the payment terminal. The total was already displayed without giving me a chance to explain how I wanted to pay again. It's not the fact that she was helping another customer that bothers me, but rather the lack of listening and attention afterward, when all I was doing was making a simple request. A little more kindness and attentiveness at the drive-thru would really make a difference for customers, especially since I'm a regular customer and the service isn't usually unpleasant. Thanks anyway to the rest of the team.
