Royal Tokyo sur Livry-Gargan

I stumbled upon this neighborhood restaurant while waiting for an appointment (June 23rd). I was exhausted from a long trip, and I probably looked a bit intimidating, but I was served with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I imagine it's a family business, and I wish you continued success (and lots of luck with the ongoing renovations). I'm sorry I haven't had time to return, but when I'm back in the 93rd district, I'll definitely be back. Thanks again a thousand times.

Very good restaurant at very affordable prices

Excellent restaurant with very welcoming staff and generous, high-quality portions. Very clean. The only downside is the lack of parking; allow at least a 5-minute walk to find a nearby spot, which is free on Sundays.

Excellent and beautiful outdoor terrace. I recommend it.

From time to time, when the weather's nice, I come to enjoy the courtyard of this place, eating raw fish, which isn't anything fancy, but it's simply fresh and straightforward... in short, recommended for protein lovers (with the IL menu). I only removed one overall star because I'd like the staff to be more aware of the stress you're under and try to prioritize you. I'd rather wait 10 or 20 minutes longer and pay for an extra cocktail than spend €50 to €100 on social security to deal with trauma that will continue to plague you. Think of yourself; it will be appreciated as a customer!

One of my favorite restaurants! The food is delicious and everything is fresh. The welcome is always warm. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.
