Safrania Bistrorant sur Saint-Quentin

We had a lovely time at Safran. The service was a little slow to start, especially the drinks. However, once it got going, the appetizers and main courses were served quickly. We were, however, disappointed by the bowl of mussels, which wasn't very full, and by one dish that was far too spicy. Nevertheless, the staff responded very professionally by bringing us two extra portions of mussels and remaking the offending dish. To apologize for these inconveniences, the restaurant also offered us complimentary desserts, which were delicious—a very kind gesture. A big thank you to the waiter, who was friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout the meal. Despite these few areas for improvement, we appreciated the team's responsiveness and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The mussels were very good, but not enough. The tiramisu dessert was well-balanced. The weather was pleasant, with a slight breeze.

I highly recommend it, the food is excellent. The servers are very pleasant and top-notch!

The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Despite a slight delay due to an unforeseen issue in the kitchen, the service team made sure we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

Excellent mussels marinière, rump steak too (the pepper sauce could be less strong as it's getting too close to chili 😉) and perfect service!
