Saine Ouverte sur Mauguio

You have to search for the Morteau sausage and half a hard-boiled egg in the pile of salad 🥗 and on top of that it's expensive.

Excellent inn, pleasant setting, good food, and super efficient service for workers. In addition, the owners are very professional and accommodating, providing the kind of quality service we appreciate in the hospitality industry. Don't hesitate to stop by the Auberge de la Saine.

Simple yet original and delicious little dishes. A warm and friendly welcome. Thank you and happy holidays! Closed from August 24th to August 31st.

If I remember correctly, the menu said something like, "No frills here, just homemade food made with passion." Well, the promise was absolutely kept! We ate some really good food; it was simple, but simply delicious. Isn't that all we want? 🤩 As I told the owner, even the gourmet coffee was delicious. I don't usually order them anymore because they're often just tasteless little desserts, but this was excellent homemade food. The service was very friendly. All in all, a very positive experience for us! A wonderful time, thank you.

Nice restaurant, also with children. Very friendly hostess and chef.

A lovely inn in a quiet neighborhood. The Comté cheese waffles were delicious. We didn't try the desserts as we were already quite full. The portions are generous, the dining room is full so you can easily talk and hear each other, and it's also pleasantly warm inside. I recommend it.

A delightful meal at this restaurant in Foncine. A warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere, and the cheerful energy of the hostess. A wonderful discovery of local cuisine. Thank you! Have a lovely season! Joëlle and Michel

We had a very pleasant meal; the food was excellent and absolutely delicious. Both the chef and the waitress were very friendly. We will gladly return and will recommend this inn… Thank you 🙂

Simple, homemade, and very good food. Excellent value for money. I recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
