An excellent choice, certainly one of the best Thai restaurants in Bordeaux! The dishes are authentic, flavorful, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The unpleasant waitress’s face send us an unwelcoming feelings. Food is ok, but way too overpriced. A pineapple rice portion is just enough to feed my 5-year-old son, but that costs 20 euros. The decorations are very beautiful. But we prefer a restaurant with authentic taste of food instead of decorative walls. I’ve been to thailand for many times , this is not what i am looking for as taste wise.

I ordered a vegetarian red curry to go – the assortment of vegetables was varied (which is unusual) and the curry was very good. The dining room has a vintage feel with batik seating, and personally, I'm very pleased to see a restaurant that has survived the many trendy, Instagrammable interior design fads. I'll gladly return.

We come to Sala Thai very often and we're never disappointed! The spring rolls are delicious (100% approved 😄) and the grilled beef with its spicy sauce (served separately) is simply incredible. The dishes are flavorful, well-seasoned, and always a pleasure to eat. A sure bet in Bordeaux, I highly recommend it!

04/09/2026: The food here was delicious and the portions were generous. We ate the spring roll basket, nasi goreng and mie goreng - all 10/10. Amazing service, very attentive waiters.
21/08/2026: The waitress was lovely, the food was good and arrived quickly. In short, a very pleasant experience!
