Thank you to Malamine, excellent service, frankly it's one of the best I've seen.

I just received my order and I'm extremely disappointed. When I got home, I found no one there. I was waiting with a young woman when a man arrived, wearing a hooded puffer jacket and a cap. At first, I thought he was going to... He was watching a football match on his phone, without even saying hello. Instead of addressing me—the only male name listed—he asked the young woman if she was the customer. It makes no sense. Seeing the other messages, I understand better.
