A superb spot for tapas and drinks. The rooftop waiters were fantastic! A special mention to this charming young man and woman who gave us a warm welcome and responded to every request with a smile. One small minor point: a small detail was left unattended, but given their friendliness, we were forgiving.

Great experience at the bar! Nathan, the waiter, was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. I highly recommend this bar and the bartender. Great atmosphere!

Cantabria! For over 10 years it's been our guiding light in the night. We've had our share of hangovers, wrinkles, and a few extra pounds. We've always been welcomed, pampered, and playfully teased (with joy, good humor, and professionalism) by Donovan, Quentin, Zach, Nathan, and, always at the helm, our beloved and respected Captain Nico. We came and stayed for all of this, and for the mojitos, the caipirinhas, the charcuterie boards, the food—everything is made with passion and excellent ingredients. The entire team is dynamic, efficient, and friendly, ensuring you have a wonderful evening. All while keeping a watchful eye on a group of (very) annoying teenage girls! 😋 It's impossible to visit Maubuisson without stopping by Bacardi/Cantabria!

Great atmosphere!!! A top-notch team of dynamic and smiling young people

Restaurant: Great view, quick service. I ordered a very nice 500g ribeye steak, unfortunately served without shallots or sauces like pepper or Béarnaise, which was a shame. This excellent cut of meat was served with homemade fries that were practically unusable, burnt to a crisp. To be perfectly honest, they were really bad. Please, switch to McCain fries for the sake of everyone else, and stop serving burnt croutons and calling them homemade fries... Thank you.

Still as good and welcoming as ever

We look forward to it every year, it's our reward for the year: arriving in Maubuisson and enjoying a glass of Canta wine and sampling tapas and pizzas from Pizza Nonna!! The icing on the cake: the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the lake!!
