Sandwiches ET Panini sur Nice

We bought Pan Bagnat—a large portion, tasty and affordable, close to the beach. The big downside is the lack of a restroom on-site 🙁

This is as original as it gets. The Pan Bagnat does not disappoint. Be aware that the sandwich is quite large. We could’ve easily shared one, but we both ended up consuming the entire sandwiches. They are as light as can be. The bread is very rustic and light. The filling is traditionally, tomatoes, green peppers, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, and anchovies. You get the additional benefit of some black olives, and the whole thing just taste like heaven. The owner’s father works with his son, and the whole experience, is definitely worth the trip. We highly recommend this place.

Delicious sandwich, a bit pricey, but unfortunately, the server was unusual. We were tourists and tried to order in French. The server got louder and louder and ended up shouting at us. We were a bit confused, and he explained it was a joke and took our order in English. When I asked for the restroom, he played another prank and led me to the wrong room. So, if you're okay with being made fun of a bit, you can eat here. Otherwise, probably not :)

Nice small place, just a minute walk from the boulevard. A few tabels outside, good quality sandwiches and Salade Nicoise!

Homemade sandwiches. High quality. Same goes for the desserts, a welcome change from the sandwiches in most bakeries. Terrace area for eating outside.

A wonderful experience at Pan's for lunch today! My pan bagnat was absolutely delicious, and my wife thought her salmon and avocado sandwich was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming! 😁

Excellent pan bagnat, very welcoming service. €8.60 seems a bit pricey, but that's to be expected on the French Riviera, and I wasn't disappointed by the taste.

Finally, a pan bagnat with tomatoes and not just delicious bell peppers and fresh ingredients. Thank you! We now know where to get our pan bagnat for the summer, or maybe the roast chicken, which is also worth trying. That sauce is yummy...
