I enjoyed it from starter to dessert. Le Ribouldingue is an address that I recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves. The dishes are generous and delicious. A big favorite for the tomato gazpacho and chives whipped cream ♥️

Home made Sangria ? Sugar-flavored syrup without fruit, that's not my definition of "homemade Sangria"...
Very average Pokebowl, just like the vegetable mille-feuille.
On the other hand, very good beef tartare.
In summary, a pleasant setting but the overall value for money is not up to par. I don't recommend.

1 real treat. Super tender meat, homemade fried, very warm welcome, not too expensive. This is found in Old Blagnac, I would believe in a small village, very peaceful setting, I recommend for lovers

A superb moment in Ribouldingue! We chose to have a large family meal there for nearly 20 people. The entire Ribouldingue team was great, attentive and very professional from the start of the discussions. I highly recommend, and all the guests shared this feeling. Everything is cooked on site, and even a superb delicious cake made by a companion of duty!! Thank you thank you thank you!

we had a group meal last night at Ribouldingue: the team was adorable, taking care of us throughout the evening.
the meal was very good, the products were of quality and varied (we had a tapas formula). a private room was pleasantly arranged with an adjacent terrace. the staff were attentive and smiling. we all had a great evening. Very good value for money. A big thank you to the whole team! I recommend +++!
